A single-panel cartoon shows Santa Claus cheerfully stepping away from a small building at night while speaking to a person sitting on the ground. The building behind them has a sign that reads “All Night Milk and Cookies Club,” with two smokestacks on the roof. The sky is dark blue with stars. Santa, dressed in his red suit, raises one hand as if waving goodbye and says, “This has been fun… but Santa has a few last minute gifts to deliver.” The seated person, wearing a blue cap and green shirt, looks up at Santa as he leaves. The mood is lighthearted and festive.

My Life rocks!

A few weeks back I had a break between audio books and I became a listener to The Clockwork Cabaret. It’s got just the right amount of humor and odd ball music to listen to while I drive into work. They had a contest where if you knew where something or other came from likely related to cartoons because that’s all I am likely to have remembered.. something about the Purple Pie Eater as I recall.. Well guess what. I won and you didn’t! clockwork package clockwork_telegram Thanks Clockwork Cabaret!
