Panel 4: A wide shot of the room shows the man splayed on the floor near a window and bookshelf, surrounded by multiple cats sitting calmly nearby, with the speech bubble completing his thought: "But I'm in a lot of pain." The humor lands on the cats' total indifference — one halfheartedly attempted to summon help, but the others are simply enjoying the spectacle of their human on the floor, which to them probably does look like a perfectly reasonable place to lie down.

Cats will not rescue you or get help.. they may sell tickets to your discomfort though
