Some few of you know how much I love Springcon. Unfortunately it was cancelled this year and we will need to find a different Con to hang out at.
From the press release:
To all of our friends and supporters,
With concern for the safety and health of all our participating and attending fans, we are canceling MSP SpringCon 2020.
We strive to host the best family-friendly and safe comic book shows for our friends and fellow comic fans. After carefully considering the implications of the Coronavirus outbreak and the time it will take us to get through it, as well as the possible impact that a premature public gathering could have on our healthcare system and the health of our creator, dealer, exhibitor, and attendee families, we feel that it is best for all considered to exercise caution given the current situation. All ticket pre-sales and vendor payments will be refunded or returned in full over the next week.
Once the existing ban on social gatherings is over, we will begin planning our fall event, and look forward to seeing all of you in October for MSP FallCon 2020!
We wish all of our SpringCon family safety and good health.
Spring is finally here and that meansMSP SpringCon 2019is right around the corner. Come join theMidwest Comic Book Associationas we bring you hundreds of creators, dealers and exhibitors both local and from all over the U.S. to help us celebrate Comics in all of their many forms.

That’s right! The MCBA is returning to the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand. The spacious, historical Grandstand provides enough room for all of the extreme comic book action to take place under one roof, in one giant room!
So.. I’ve been lazy and developed the bad habit of just uploading files to facebook.. that makes this a bad site and I need to fix that.
I grabbed the files off facebook and was going to post them here but then I realized they were formatted wrong..
Okay I need to get organized
I’m in something of a frantic prep-mode for Fall Comicon. I have comics to scan and post but I have put that on hold so I can get some neat stuff done for the show.
I’m going a slightly different direction from previous shows. I’ve scrapped some of the fan art I had (outside of sketch cards) and am putting out more of my art. As such this years book marks look more like this.
