Panel 4: A wide shot of the room shows the man splayed on the floor near a window and bookshelf, surrounded by multiple cats sitting calmly nearby, with the speech bubble completing his thought: "But I'm in a lot of pain." The humor lands on the cats' total indifference — one halfheartedly attempted to summon help, but the others are simply enjoying the spectacle of their human on the floor, which to them probably does look like a perfectly reasonable place to lie down.

I think of all the things I brought back with me from my days in the Navy, my boots hold the most memories. These are my boots and I wore them for years after getting out and you can almost see the memories in them. I have a new pair now and I almost hate trying to break them in. The old pair are soft and comfy and the new pair are stiff and awkward. I think I have introverted boots. My Boots
