A single-panel color comic by Madscott (madscottcomic.com). A large anthropomorphic toaster dominates the frame, sitting on a kitchen counter and plugged into a wall outlet. The toaster has an intensely grumpy face with furrowed brows, squinting eyes, and a clenched grimace, with its power cord splayed out like legs beneath it. Three speech bubbles above it read: "Every damn morning it's the same thing," "Plain white toast," and "Would it kill you to have a waffle?" The background is a soft green-to-white gradient.

You need to add some variety to your breakfast or your toaster will quit.

My Life rocks!

A few weeks back I had a break between audio books and I became a listener to The Clockwork Cabaret. It’s got just the right amount of humor and odd ball music to listen to while I drive into work. They had a contest where if you knew where something or other came from likely related to cartoons because that’s all I am likely to have remembered.. something about the Purple Pie Eater as I recall.. Well guess what. I won and you didn’t! clockwork package clockwork_telegram Thanks Clockwork Cabaret!
